H20 Gallon a Day Challenge
This is my third or fourth attempt at drinking a gallon of water a day. I read that it helped clear up skin and shed a few stubborn lbs, so I gave it a try. It’s awesome! It’s also extremely difficult to do unless you sit in a cubicle near a bathroom like I do. I’ve heard that teachers who kind of have to be in their classroom all the time struggle with this.
We used to chug beer back in college and look at us now that it’s water. I feel amazing and accomplished when I’ve chugged a half gallon before lunch and then graze on the rest of my water ’til dinner time. If I don’t finish by 6 or 7PM, I’m screwed. I can report less hunger and fewer cravings for other bad drinks. Fill it up! By the way, this purple water bottle pictured here is my new baby and I don’t plan on ever leaving home without it.
